Executive Summary
Chinese pharmaco Luye Pharma Group Ltd. netted HK3.8bn ($485.9mm) in its global initial public offering on the HKEX, selling 667.54mm shares (99.96mm shares in Hong Kong and 567.58mm under the international offer) at the top of its HK5.38-5.92 ($0.69-$0.76) price range. Selling shareholders sold an additional 332.1mm shares.
