Executive Summary
Finalizing a divestiture first announced in Q4 2015, Nuvo Research Inc. has now reorganized into two TSX-traded companies, spinning off its topical delivery technologies and pipeline candidates into a separate entity named Crescita Therapeutics Inc., which is focused on drug development. Operating on its own, Nuvo Research keeps its current TSX listing, but changed the company name to Nuvo Pharmaceuticals Inc., which retains Nuvo Research's existing commercial assets and pharmaceutical manufacturing capabilities.
