Executive Summary
Cancer therapeutics developer DelMar Pharmaceuticals BC Ltd. has reverse merged with public shell company Berry Only Inc., which changed its name to DelMar Pharmaceuticals Inc. for the purpose of the acquisition. The new parent, DelMar Pharmaceuticals Inc., will trade on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol DMPI.
