Executive Summary
Vernalis PLC and Servier SA are teaming up for the third time in another three-year collaboration that again uses Vernalis’ fragment and structure-based platform to discover drugs for an undisclosed oncology target. Vernalis will receive milestone payments as well as royalties on sales if a resulting product is commercialized.
