Executive Summary
TherOx, which makes a cardiovascular device that dissolves oxygen in the bloodstream post-heart attack to prevent tissue necrosis, has raised $30mm through the closing of its Series J venture round. New and lead investor DAG Ventures was joined by current backers, including Kleiner, Perkins, Caufield & Byers, Integral Capital Partners, Aperture Venture Partners, Cross Creek Capital, and New Science Ventures.
