Executive Summary
After withdrawing its IPO last month, Amicus Therapeutics (develops small molecules for genetic diseases) raised $60mm in its Series D round led by returning shareholder New Enterprise Associates. New backer Och-Ziff Capital Management was joined by existing investors Canaan Partners, CHL Medical Partners, Frazier Healthcare Ventures, Palo Alto Investors, Prospect Venture Partners, Quaker BioVentures, and Radius Ventures.
