Executive Summary
MicroMed Technology has raised $23mm in a Series D private placement of preferred shares to existing investors Essex Woodlands Health Ventures, Charterhouse Group International, Oxford Bioscience Partners, and Schroder Ventures Life Sciences. New investors included Mitsui & Co. Venture Partners, and Datascope Corp. New investor CE Unterberg Towbin Private Equity Partners also acted as placement agent for the financing.
