MBT Munich Biotechnology (cancer therapeutics) has raised $27.8mm (Euro30.3mm) with a private placement of shares led by Heidelberg Innovation. Deutsche Bank, Sal. Oppenheim, Deutsche Effecten-und Wechselbeteiligungsgesellschaft, HypoVereinsbank, and Global Vision, all new investors, were joined by returning investors 3i, tbg, and Global Life Science.
