Pulmonary drug delivery company Inhale Therapeutic Systems has acquired Alliance Pharmaceutical's PulmoSphere drug delivery technology and related assets for use with respiratory drugs. Alliance received consideration of (uf)$20mm up front--$15mm in cash and $5mm in Inhale common stock.
