Executive Summary
A task force comprising members from China's Ministry of Health and 10 governmental bodies has proposed pharmaceutical manufacturing and innovation guidelines under the national science and technology development program. The project has two key targets, first of which is the development of a batch of medical products that are safe, efficient, convenient and cheap to prevent and treat major diseases.
