Nippon Chemiphar To Re-examine Partnership With Ranbaxy

At a July 29 press briefing in Tokyo, Nippon Chemiphar President Kazushiro Yamaguchi questioned a partnership with India's biggest drug maker Ranbaxy Laboratories. Yamaguchi stated that since 2002 when the two companies signed an agreement to expand the generic drugs market through joint venture Nihon Pharmaceutical Industry, no finished products have been launched, which had been planned in the partnership.
