Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma announced June 24 that it will offer early retirement to 4,300 employees, ranging in age from 40 to 59 and 11 months old, who have worked consecutively for over 10 years. The offer starts July 7 and will last 28 days. MTP did not specify the target number of people to take the offer. Retirees will get an additional retirement payment in addition to a regular pension.
