Thailand has nominated three former officials of the nation's FDA to replace the latest FDA secretary general to resign the post. Chatree Banchuen resigned earlier in the week after only a few days in the job after he was implicated in a scandal. His predecessor, the author of the compulsory license plan and a negotiator with foreign drug makers over patent and generic issues, was transferred.
