Medical Device Alliance Focuses On Hospital Investment

China National Medical Equipment Industry Corp., Chinese Hospital Association, China Association For Medical Devices Industry, Sinopharm, and CHIMA Medical Investment & Management GmbH will form an alliance that serves as a facilitating platform for strategic investors. The joint venture will help in hospital acquisition, investment, and other capital operations, targeting at least five hospitals within two years. The venture hopes to capitalize on the strengths of the different partners to reduce operation costs as well as ensure successful investment by screening for candidates with growth potential and enhancing the management system after acquisition.
