China Resources Group Acquires Sanjiu Group

Sanjiu Enterprise Group has been acquired by state-owned China Resources Enterprise Ltd (CRG) to becomea wholly owned subsidiary. Sanjiu Pharmaceutical, the best performer among Sanjiu Group's listed enterprises, is expected to begin a share reform when the deal is finalized.The group has started transferring its well-known brand to Sanjiu Pharmaceutical according to the merger plan.
