Heat Biologics Names CFO

Heat Biologics Inc., an immuno-oncology company, has named Timothy Creech chief financial officer. Most recently, Creech was acting CFO of Salix Pharmaceutical Inc., a publicly-held specialty pharmaceutical company acquired by Valeant for $11bn in April 2015. Prior to his appointment as acting CFO for Salix, Creech held several financial leadership positions at the company over the last seven years including senior vice president of finance and administrative services. Before joining Salix he was vice president of finance and chief accounting officer at Voyager Pharmaceutical Corporation.
