Executive Summary
Ipsen has appointed Dominique Laymand senior vice-president, chief ethics and compliance officer, effective 16 March. She will report to Marc de Garidel, Ipsen's chair and CEO. Ms Laymand most recently served as vice-president of compliance and ethics at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where she has been employed since 1983 in various roles. Ms Laymand is also president of ETHICS, an association that gathers international Ethics and Compliance experts in the Healthcare sector, and president of the compliance committee at both European industry association EFPIA and French industry association Leem.
