Three Canadian clinical trials per year are non compliant, says Health Canada

Executive Summary

Some 8% of the 329 trials inspected by Health Canada between 2004 and 2011 were non-compliant, the government department has revealed in a report. That means that some 26 human trials, or over three per year on average, do not conform to regulatory expectations. The report that also identifies the most common deficiencies found during inspections.
