The Spanish pharma company Almirall saw its revenues fall by 13% to €768 million last year as domestic sales were hit by Spain's austerity measures, and a number of key products in the company's portfolio were hit by generic competition. But for the first time in the company's history, sales outside Spain exceeded domestic sales.
