Two new heads at Merck KGaA

Merck KGaA has appointed Friederike Rotsch head of corporate auditing, and Isabel De Paoli head of corporate strategy, both reporting to Karl-Ludwig Kley, chair of the board of directors. Dr Rotsch joined Merck in 2005, and was previously head of corporate legal services. Ms De Paoli joined the company in 2006, transferring to the Merck Serono division in 2009 before being appointed head of global strategic planning oncology.
