Executive Summary

Lena Söderström, chief executive officer of Isconova, is to leave the company on 1 October 2011 after two years' service. Russell Greig, one of Isconova's board members will take the role of acting CEO during the recruitment process. Mr Greig has more than 30 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having most recently served as president of SR One, GlaxoSmithKline's corporate venture group.
