Sanofi-Aventiscontinued its battle against the weak dollar in the second quarter, with net sales of €6.7 billion, down by 3.6% on a reported basis. Exchange rate movements had an unfavourable effect of 6.5%, of which nearly 75% was due to the US dollar, the company said.
