Executive Summary
Vivus (obesity and sexual health therapeutics) has sub-licensed KV Pharmaceutical exclusive US rights to EvaMist, an investigational metered dose transdermal estradiol spray. Vivus originally obtained US rights to the candidate--formerly known as Estradiol MDTS--under a 2004 deal with Acrux Ltd., an Australian pharmaco, which retains EvaMist rights in the rest of the world.
