AMI Holdings' UK subsidiary Pearsalls has licensed NuVasive (medical devices for spinal disorders) the assets related to Neodisc, its nucleus-like replacement device that preserves motion in the cervical area of the spine. NuVasive also received intellectual property associated with an embroidery technology for use in surgical implants.
