Executive Summary
Dicerna Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Roche agreed to develop and commercialize globally Dicerna’s Phase I DCRHBVS, an siRNA candidate for HBV. The deal also includes additional programs for up to five human HBV-related gene targets, based on both Dicerna’s GalXC RNAI platform and Roche’s technologies.
