Executive Summary
The Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation (OMRF) and the Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology (RGCB) granted Q BioMed Inc. exclusive global rights to develop and sell a plant-based chemotherapy for liver cancer. The definitive agreement comes four months after the partners entered into preliminary discussions.
