Executive Summary
Perceptive Advisors provided drug delivery company MonoSol Rx LLC with a $50mm credit facility. MonoSol will use the proceeds to repay an existing debt facility with White Oak Global Advisors ($10mm in June 2008 and $2.5mm in March 2009) and ongoing clinical development of candidates including promising CNS programs.
