Bionomics raises $10mm in debt financing from SVB

Executive Summary
Bionomics Ltd. (uses MultiCore chemistry platform for drug discovery in CNS, cancer, and immune disease) raised $10mm in a 30-month nonconvertible debt financing from Silicon Valley Bank. The money will fund Phase Ib and II trials of its anxiety disorder candidate BNC210. Concurrent with the fundraising, Bionomics and Ironwood mutually terminated their 2012 alliance for BNC210, and global rights were returned to Bionomics.
