Executive Summary
Existing shareholders Atlas Venture and Partners Innovation Fund (PIF), plus new backer The Medicines Co. (TMC), have led an $8mm Series A financing for Annovation Biopharma Inc. (anesthetics and critical care medicines). The round may be expanded to $11mm. Atlas Venture Development Corp. managing director David Grayzel, MD, has joined as executive chairman of the board, and Atlas, PIF, and TMC have contributed board members.
