Pfizer Inc. and Chinese pharmaco Zhejiang Hisun Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. seek to create the joint venture named Hisun-Pfizer Pharmaceuticals Co. Ltd., which will develop, manufacture, and commercialize off-patent pharmaceutical products in China and other markets worldwide. The partners signed a memorandum of understanding in June 2011.
