Merck & Co. Inc. has formed a new joint venture with Brazilian drug company Supera Farma Laboratorios SA and that firm’s co-owners Cristalia Produtos Quimicos Farmaceuticos Ltda. and Eurofarma Laboratorios Ltda. Cristalia and Eurofarma are both major Latin American drug manufacturers and marketers.
