Executive Summary
Greatbatch Inc. (medical devices for cardiac rhythm management, neuromodulation, vascular, and orthopedic markets) has acquired NeuroNexus Technologies Inc., a privately held producer of neural mapping and stimulating systems, for $12mm in cash, including the assumption of debt and future considerations. NeuroNexus will be integrated with Greatbatch’s QiG Group, created in 2008 to design, develop, and manufacture novel devices.
