After announcing its IPO in November 2010, Clarus Therapeutics Inc. (testosterone replacement therapy) has withdrawn the filing. In January 2011, the company planned to sell 5mm shares between $11-13, but by February Clarus had formally postponed the offering. This month it officially cancelled it, citing poor market conditions.
