Executive Summary
After extending the pricing date and lowering the range, Copenhagen-based cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, and metabolic therapeutics developer Zealand Pharma AS has finally netted DKK320.6mm ($58.8mm) through the sale of 4.34mm shares at DKK86 each. The company had planned to raise up to DKK1.1bn by selling 9mm shares at DKK86-90 each.
