Executive Summary
Omeros Corp. (generic drug combinations for inflammatory diseases plus novel candidates for neurological conditions) has raised $20mm from Vulcan Capital and its affiliate Cougar Investment Holdings, which also received three five-year warrants, each to buy 133.3k shares, at $20, $30, and $40, respectively. (Omeros stock is currently averaging $7.41.)
