Executive Summary
Fresenius Medical Care AG (dialysis products and services) and Galenica Group’s Vifor Pharma Ltd. division have formed Vifor-Fresenius Medical Care Renal Pharma Ltd., a joint venture to develop and distribute iron deficiency anemia and bone mineral metabolism products for pre-dialysis and dialysis patients across the globe.
