Executive Summary
After filing for bankruptcy at the end of 2009, deCode genetics (DNA tests and personal genome scans) has sold its deCode genetics EHF subsidiary and its drug discovery programs to Saga Investments (a consortium that includes original investors Polaris Ventures and ARCH Venture Partners), which is rescuing the debt-heavy company. DeCode genetics Inc. changed its name to DGI Resolution Inc., which will liquidate.
