Executive Summary
Sinopharm Group, the largest drug distributor in China, has completed its initial public offering on the Hong Kong stock exchange. It grossed HKD8.73bn ($1.13bn) by selling 546mm shares for HKD16, the high end of its planned HKD12.25-16 price range.
