Executive Summary
Just a month after securing an option to buy anti-inflammatory therapeutics developer Ception, Cephalon has launched a bid to acquire another company in the inflammation space, public Australian biologics firm Arana Therapeutics, in a deal valued around $A317mm ($206mm) in cash.
