Executive Summary
After acquiring dermal filler companies ABR Invent and ABR Development last month, Stiefel Laboratories has now agreed to buy fellow dermatology company Barrier Therapeutics (publicly traded) for about $146mm, or $4.15 in cash (a 91% premium) for each outstanding Barrier common share.
