Warburg Pincus invests $75mm in Inspire Pharmaceuticals

Executive Summary

Inspire Pharmaceuticals, which is developing compounds for dry eye, cystic fibrosis, and allergic rhinitis, sold $75mm of its preferred stock to Warburg Pincus.
