Start-up Jazz Pharmaceuticals (neurological and psychiatric diseases) netted $100.4mm in its initial public offering of 6mm common shares at $18 apiece. Earlier this month the company hoped to price the stock at $24-26 each, and later lowered the range to $20-21.
