Executive Summary
Idera Pharmaceuticals (therapeutics for respiratory, infectious, and autoimmune diseases as well as cancer) has granted Merck KGAA exclusive rights to develop and commercialize its lead TLR9 agonists IMO2055 and IMO2125 for cancer applications (excluding vaccines.)
