Executive Summary
ActoGenix NV (developing gastrointestinal, autoimmune, and metabolic compounds) has raised €13.5mm ($17mm) with the closing of its Series A round. GIMV and Life Sciences Partners co-led the financing and were joined by Biotech Fund Flanders, Biovest, Baekeland Fund, the Flanders Interuniversity Institute for Biotech , Aescap Venture, and Ventech.
