NanoBio gets $10mm in first close of $30mm financing

Executive Summary
NanoBio (uses nano-emulsion technology to develop vaccines and topical compounds for infectious diseases) raised $10mm in the first of a three-tranche private financing to Perseus LLC that will help support the company's clinical-stage compounds. NanoBio expects to bring in the remaining $20mm, which is contingent upon the achievement of developmental milestones, over the next two years.
