Executive Summary
In an effort to take itself public, temperature control device manufacturer Alsius will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Ithaka (a shell acquisition company that trades on the OTC Bulletin Board) through a reverse merger transaction. Ithaka will seek a listing on the Nasdaq exchange and change its name to Alsius Medical.
