Jazz Pharmaceuticals (neurological therapeutics) has raised $80mm through the private placement of senior debt to lead investor Lehman Brothers. General Electric Pension Trust, Deep Cover Mezzanine, and Oak Hill Advisors and Investment Management also participated. Jazz originally planned to offer $75mm worth of notes.
