Biofusion PLC, a company which spun-out from the University of Sheffield in 2002, has raised £8.2mm ($15.5mm) with its initial public offering of about 5.5mm common shares priced at £1.50 each. The company will trade on London's AIM. It originally hoped to raise £10mm.
