Executive Summary
Molecular diagnostics firm XDx Inc. raised $20mm in a Series D financing led by Sprout Group, which contributed $7mm. Other new investors JP Morgan, Integral Capital Partners, and Burrill & Co. were joined by returning backers Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and TPG Ventures.
