Executive Summary
TolerRx (therapies for immunological tolerance) has raised $35mm with the completion of its Series C private placement. Lead investor Skyline Ventures was joined by existing investors Healthcare Ventures, Rho Ventures, and Vertex Management, plus new investors Sprout Group, Artal Services, Genentech, Lehman Brothers Healthcare Fund, Yasuda Enterprise Development, Mizuho Capital, Aozora Investment, and Duke University.
